Easy to install bolt on kit. Aside from the issue of getting the old drum brakes off, after that it was smooth sailing with the install. I tried 2" spacers to keep my stock wheels but it was still not clearing the caliper. I needed tires anyway so I went with 16" alloy wheels and they cleared with no spacer.

Great kit, but can require some adjustments

It is so great having disc brakes on my ’67 CJ5! Be prepared to find the you may want to replace wheel bearings, spindles, etc. and repack the whole thing with grease. It was a fun project, but it became a bit more involved than I expected having to do some delayed maintenance. The last thing that was aggravating was that the bracket for the caliper ended up rubbing on my rims, even after putting on a 1.5” wheel spacer. It only required about 1-2mm of grinding but when you think you’re done, that’s a bit annoying. In the end, however, I’m so happy to have such dramatically better braking power. Thanks for putting this kind of kit together!!!
