It is NOT odor-free. FALSE claim. Actually SMELLY

In my search for magnetic letters for my child, I stumbled upon the Type Set Co., whose website proudly proclaimed their products to be "Made with soft & squishy EVA that’s odor-free!" Excitedly, I ordered two sets - one in blue plate and the other in holly berry. Anticipation filled me as I awaited their arrival. However, upon receiving them, I was disappointed to discover that they emitted an unpleasant odor. Despite attempting to air them out in a separate small room, the smell persisted, permeating the room. I reached out to the company, expressing my disappointment with the product. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive a response, despite their advertised "HAPPINESS GUARANTEED" policy. While I had initially hoped to support their business, given the quality of their collection box and whiteboards, the issue with the smelly letters and their lack of acknowledgment has left me feeling disillusioned with my investment. In addition to the unpleasant odor, I also noticed some minor quality issues with the magnetic letters. Some of the letters arrived bent, and others had incomplete cuts. Considering the prices charged, the quality of the letters falls short of expectations.
