The lock works fine but the app needs improvement

The lock works fine and I like it. However, the app needs some improvement. It doesn’t seem to provide realtime status display. The display is only refreshed when there is a lock event (e.g., lock/unlock). So there may be a display discrepancy if a lock event is lost for some reason. Other status such as battery life and wifi signal strength will be inaccurate when there is no lock event (for example, when you are away from home ). To fix the issue and as an improvement, I would suggest an option in the app to manually request lock status and refresh the display remotely. I don’t want unlock/lock remotely to force a display update (since it may not lock properly if the battery is weak).

Great for price! Works as advertise.... only thing I wish... more key fobs or option to buy more on site.... and yes I know I can go get fobs at 3rd party

Easy install & usage love that it locks autimatically and we can lock/unlock via the app!!
