Bloody Black Sprayed Edge Edition with Art Prints

This book is everything!! I could not put it down and now own 4 different versions of the book. 2 paperback and 2 special edition hardbacks. The art work was a very welcome added bonus. Arrived quickly and very well packaged ❤️

Let me start by saying that I love this book/story and this paperback sprayed edge is beautiful. As soon as I read it I went looking for a special edition. When possible, I always buy from the author directly. I've found authors take great care and pride in their packaging and I'd love to support them without other platform fees that are sometimes charged for selling. However, this edition came in just a lightly lined envelope mailer with no other protection or anything else in the mailer. It was completely bent and damaged when it reached me. I didnt get the pirate box or any of the cute notes that you see in the Instagram posts. It DID come with the art prints and I love those! Those were stuck inside the book so they ended up not being bent or damaged.

I for some reason thought this was going to be hardback and that it was going to be signed. I obviously didnt read the description close enough. But it is still beautiful and arrived in the perfect envelope! (pirate themed) im going to enjoy reading it!
