The Warley Fall HDG - Two Gallon Galvanised

arrived spray painted in areas where the galvanizing i guess must not have stuck or something? and i am supposed to fill out a PDF, print it, package it up, ship it at my own expense, then hope it arrives, and maybe eventually i get my money back. any company with a hostile return policy like this clearly doesn’t want to do business with customers anymore.
