SA Exclusive Falling For Floral Leggings

Have ordered many items from this company so I know my size. I couldn't get these over my hips and the company only offered me store credit. This would be fine if it was my fault the item needs to be returned(like if I changed my mind, etc) but this is a faulty item and I'm very disappointed. I asked for a return label and they told me I would have to pay return shipping. They lost a customer and I have bought a LOT from them: including gifts for others. No more. Their customer service was great a year ago. I'm so disappointed. I don't give negative reviews lightly, either.

My daughter loved the look but unfortunately this pattern in her size is way too small. She couldn't get them over her rump lol
