Prefect belt!

It’s rated for up to 300 pounds, and I put 90 pounds on it and it held up great. You have to have a wide stance and spread open your legs a bit, since you can’t tighten it, but it works great. Good price and great quality. I got the red one since it was $15 off.

Great belt, bought it as an early christmas gift to myself and the been great. It's perfect for dips (obviously) but I use it to anchor myself down when doing things like tricep push downs because i'm pushing down close to my body weight.
