We love these vegan coconut lime cookies! And we're not even vegan! Since discovering them at Seattle's Pike Place Market, we routinely order them for cookie-loving friends. Fragrant with lovely crumb. Definitely recommend!

I didn't know these were vegan until after I'd eaten one and didn't believe there was no butter in these until I read the ingredients. Delicious!
