A Staple
I have a protein coffee every morning and the 20g of Protein Slate in both French Vanilla and Strawberry are a favorite. They taste is good and the macros check out. The only reason this doesn't get 5 stars is because there are not more flavors available. I would love a Caramel/Salted Caramel and a Cookies and Cream or a Cookie Butter or a Cinnamon Swirl. They are offered in other shakes. Something more so as not to get burnt out. I also enjoy these shakes because there are not added B vitamins and Biotin which are present in other shakes. I'm sensitive to these so having an option without is helpful.

Daily protein shake
My husband and I love these protein shakes for our post workouts. They taste amazing! I even sometimes have one at night as a dessert. They are high in calcium and have virtually no sugar. Love them!

Best protein shake!!
I have been drinking protein shakes in my coffee for more than 10 years. Slate vanilla shake is by far the best! The vanilla is a good flavor and enhances my iced cold brew coffee. Sometimes it may seem too thick but mixes easily with water, coffee or almond milk. Of all the brands available I’m glad I found Slate!
