All-time favorite!

I started drinking tea on a regular basis about 7 years ago as a natural supplement to help me in easing the pain and discomfort from Crohn's Disease. I usually drink my tea in the evening, as I am not super sensitive to caffeine... That's how this lovely tea fit perfectly into my life! The green tea aids in getting my digestive tract to do what it's supposed to do without the discomfort, the jasmine has a beautiful, comforting, earthy aroma and tastes great, and the lichee perfectly compliments the jasmine and ads a soft, sweet aroma and taste that just settles your soul. I add a little vanilla and honey to my cup of tea and relax into the evening, or I drink a cup during the day if I feel like I need to take a "chill pill". It's the perfect combination, hot or iced!
