the tea is great, the customer service not so much
I enjoy this tea very much. I reached out to you by phone twice and by email using your “contact us” link. I never got one response. To say yes or no or whatever. I had wanted to sample a few other teas before deciding. I could have paid you for those samples if you told me how much or whatever it was. Not a word from you!
