This is such an interesting blend, because it starts out with a minty-ness, but is also floral and slightly sweet. I see other descriptions describing it as similar to root beer, which I can understand where they are coming from, but it's very light and complex. I'm having a cup of this while I wind down before bed, and it's wonderful. Just be careful not to oversteep!

We’ve always loved Evening in Missoula tea and use it for both hot and iced tea.
