Here’s the deal - I ordered full-sized panels to help me decide if I wanted to do a ceiling and wall project (two different rooms). IM also considering using ATC on my (under construction) art studio. So I was willing to pay full price for “samples. ’ Ordered April 16, 2026 - arrived July 15, 2026. That’s 3 months for 2 ceiling panels. IMAGINE HOW LONG A FULL ORDER WOULD TAKE????? But that’s not even the REAL problem. ATC”s problem is their customer service. Call the customer service line - multiple times - no answer. Leave a voice mail - no response. This is over and over on multiple days spread out over weeks and into months. Finally get through and they put you on hold for 5-10 minutes and eventually tell you the order is scheduled for June 9. June 9 comes and goes - no tiles. Call again - no newer/no reply to voicemails. Finally decide to trick the system, select the option to talk to a person with whom you worked (sales) and not customer service. The sales person tells you it’s June 19. “If you don’t get an email confirming they are shipped by June 20, call me back. ’ Ask me if the sales person bothered to take down my info (it was there on her screen) and follow up with me… you know, the woman who wanted to place a large order down the road if the products were nice… NOPE. Wait until end of June - same deal - no answer. Finally get through to customer service and am told shipping tomorrow! NOPE Call again. SHipping in two weeks. NOPE. And all along, I’m also emailing asking for help and getting told date after date that never happens. Did I mention that I sent an email at the time of my order (attached in reply to my invoice) about shipping instructions for Fed Ex? Yeah, I did that. Didn't matter, ATC didn’t bother to include the, so someone who barely spoke English from Fed Ex “Customer Service ‘ called me over and over (like 5 times in one day) about my incorrect address. Why? Because the date ATC INSISTED my package would be delivered came and went without a delivery. So, panel quality is nice. Is it nicer than other companies who make similar products? Don’t know yet…. But before I spend 10-15K with ATC (HAHAHAHAHAAH) to have my dream projects realized… I will try the same process with other vendors. America can’t be this broken. There has to be a company out there that will answer their phones and tell the truth in emails. Donna Bruenger
