I purchased the pattern #6 option choosing the ivory color. Actually I purchased 14 pieces in total on two different orders. I found the responses to be minimal which I like. There was order fulfillment and a reasonable time later the product shipped safely to my home both times. The “outside” packaging was very well designed to ensure-prevent product damage. All four corners were styrofoam reinforced as well as another piece of styrofoam on top of the inside box containing the product. I would recommend using the manufacturer. There is one caveat to the story and that is I didn’t use their product as ceiling; I used it as wainscoting. My house is 130 years old and I installed the product, which rested along the true one inch baseboard, on both sides of our 2nd floor hallway.
