Shipping issue
Package delivered by FedEx, supposed to go to PO Box, dumped on some random persons porch. Luckily our phone # was on package and they were honest enough to contact us. I went out in terrible weather to get package left on their porch. Simple solution would have been to tell me PO Boxes were not valid addresses for shipment.

Absolutely Gorgeous
The product is absolutely beautiful. It arrived packaged in a way where there could be absolutely no damage whatsoever. After installation, we have now decided to eventually install this product in other areas of our home including our backsplashes and other ceiling areas. I absolutely recommend their products!
