Pin-Tuck Shirt (Silk) - Rust

I did not have a very good experience buying this item - and have now lost $600 as a result. Communication was very hit and miss. I reached out on the phone number provided and was told that I should have left a message on an answering machine. Once we were able to communicate, and I received the item, it wasn’t quite the quality I’d expected. There is lots of fraying at the edges making it unwearable. I was also advised to buy a larger size and it resulted in the top being too big. I then communicated about wishing to return the item and was ghosted. I am yet to receive a reply to my request to have a return of item and refund. I emailed this request in March this year. BEWARE!
