I have to get the item to rate it. A snail moves faster than the shipping of my order. Two weeks and it still has not shipped. I will never use this company again!!!

Very poor experience

Received the wrong item. Customer service never responds, i was finally asked if i would like what I originally ordered, and its been a week and still have not got any confirmation that my order has been sent. At this point i would give -5 stars if possible.
