I got this dress for an upcoming wedding, this is the first time I tried a petite size and at 5'5" it fit perfectly--no added cost on tailoring--Yay! I followed the size guide and it is a good fit, a tiny bit snug in the bust but overall it fits fine. It appears to be comfortable and should work well for a May wedding.
