They sent me the wrong cover

Was sent the wrong cover. I ordered the large circle bed & it came with a rectangular cover. Emailed them twice & tried to call with no response. I never leave reviews, but customer service is very important especially when the company is in the wrong. I have ordered so many things from Minky so this disappointing. The base of the item is not ideal as the middle piece is not attached to the outer so it can flop around. I just went ahead & ordered a cover so my dog has it, but this will be my last purchase even though I love their products & usually get all the holiday blankets & new colors.
