Jeepster Carpet

The material was adequate, and reasonably close to what I think would have been in the vehicle in 1948. It looks good. It would be nice if the rear carpet was finished on all four sides. The rear end along the seat looks tacky when compared to the sides, which are finished. The back carpet was a pretty good fit. I ended up using screws in the back corners. Without the screws, the sides pulled away from the interior walls/panels. The front carpet fit okay. It would be nice if the seam in the middle was changed to avoid the starter button on the floor. The seam pops up the carpet and is very difficult to flatten. It looks tacky. The markings for the pedals were pretty close. In my case, I got a small bubble near the clutch. I think that it will eventually flatten. I added screws to the carpet overlaps near the middle of the doors. That was one place where the overlap would not lat flat and where there was excessive wear to the old carpet. I color matched screws to carpet Overall, this is a good purchase.
