Crank Shaft Double Groove, 1941-1971, 4-134 Engine, Willys and Jeep

Puley problems:

Received the new pulley; was happy to receive it, however, it did not fit the engine system. There is two small disks, spot welded to the timing gear cover, and the new pulley, was to small to fit over, the disks. However not all is lost! I had a old jeep engine, covered up, outside the shed, and We removes this pulley from the engine, and this pulley, went right on, "Fit like a glove. will replace the new pulley, on the old engine, outside when I rebuild it. So all is well here now!

Double pulley

I find it interesting that the V-belt grooves in the pulley are different sizes. This will require the use of two different size/width belts. I had hoped for something I could use a matched set of belts with. I presume this had a specific purpose.

Doesn't Fit

I have a 4L 134 from a 42 MB and this pully doesn't fit the timing cover. pully can't seat all the way due to interference with the ring on the timing cover,
