Deck Coating - Cool Foot

Very good product

I have used this product for 10 years now and it has performed very well. I recoat my deck about every four years because I need it to be waterproof. It has not cracked or peeled I just do it as a precaution.

3rd time a charm

Love this stuff just finished my deck. I first ordered the 5 gallon can and then ordered a 1 gallon can to finish up steps, I got a bad can it was clumpy and very thick struggled to spread it, contacted customer service and was first told only unopened products could be returned so was given another contact whom was very nice and apologized for my problem. If this stuff wasn’t so expensive I would not of bothered because my husband hates returns. Anyway I was asked to send a pic to the email and they would contact me so I would have had to have one of my grandchildren go it for me as I don’t have a clue how. The service representative was very nice and said take my time. Long story short next morning my husband was using paint said he stirred it and wasn’t as clumpy still had a good bit of waste, so ordered another gallon and it was like the five gallon can easy to use and when on great, all and all love the product and hoping to see how it holds up.

Haven't finished laying down the liquid rubber as I have been a prep work just to get to primer. What I can tell you is that the, product so far, is amazing. I have 2 coats of primer on and have done the second of my edges. The primer has bonded to the surface and has created a hard protective coating. The Cool Foot Coating is going on like paint as I do the edges. Fantastic product so far. I will review another time once my project is complete. Cheers, Tommy
