Foundation Sealant Basement Coating

Sent the wrong product

Frustrated. I received 1 pail of foundation sealant but the second pail in the order was not the right product. Emailing the support address has gotten no reply all week. Hopefully I will have better luck with the phone number. All the reviews said customer service was exceptional but so far I am disappointed.

This is an excellent product! Brushed thee coats it on my my block foundation and covered with dimple board. Totally satisfied!

Great product with excellent service

Product worked great to seal cement around a humid area. Service was also great, received a leaking container, sent pictures to support and they shipped me a replacement. Thank you!
