I ordered this product and 2 months later it still hadn't shipped. I sent them an email asking for a refund and a few hours later got a notification stating the product had shipped. Then a few hours after that got a reply to my email stating they couldn't give me a refund because the order had already shipped and it was a custom product. Even though it clearly states on the website that orders will be processed in 3-5 days. Terrible customer service do not order from this store!
