Spot on. But I think this one is richer and juicier. I love it. I want more.

Better than the original

To me the OG Layton by PDM is sickening sweet, to the point that it is headache inducing.This version tones down that sweetness allowing for the apple and vanilla to harmonize, and due to that it makes it a little more fresh. The pepper note is toned down a lot compared to the original, which is my only gripe, but everything else about this fragrance is absolutely heavenly; ESPECIALLY the dry down. If you like lavender, you will LOVE the dry down of this as the lavender and florals become very pronounced with the sandal wood and vanilla. If you really care about how close this is to the OG i would recommend as i can say this is in the 87-90% similar, With the only differences being the pepper notes and sweetness being toned down as I mentioned before.

Very impressed with the scent will be ordering more.
