The Quay sunglasses I received appeared to have been previously used. The temple tip was already loose, which suggests they may have been worn for an extended period and then returned. It was disappointing to receive an item in this condition, especially if returned merchandise is being resold without a proper inspection or repair. I expected better quality control from Quay. The sunglasses should have been checked carefully before being sent to another customer, even if they were sold at a discount. I hope the company improves its return-inspection process.

I love the glasses, the color, the size of the frame. My issue is that the glasses feel a bit loose, like they are too wide for my face. They don’t slide down, they just feel wide. Otherwise, I love them.

Fast shipping, good packaging, products were as described and expected, they’re quality and durable. I am hard on things as a human, very pleased with these glasses.
