first order, fast shipping , good kit, electronics questionable

bought 2 heewing f-22s. buddy rc is blazing fast when it comes to order processing and shipping. nice kits and even "build" videos online, my kids were able to follow along and do most of the work. however one motor was DOA (dont know what brand as unmarked) and in the other kit an esc powered up, but hot, and smoked itself within time to set up radio bind. I peeled back the heat shrink and found globs of solder on power lead, servo leads and output wires not confined to pad. so you get what you pay for in these cheap kits - Just FYI. Overall happy with purchase as it is a hobby and We aim to make it fun!

Underpowered flight controller won't work

Easy to build, nicer quality than expected kit but way under powered. Should be 3s or have a little bigger prop motor combo. Top that with not being able to get the flight controller to work id say pass on this one. I wouldn't have minded just using a regular reciever but the lack of power to fly well kills it for me

Awesome little plane

Great little park flier! Setup was easy and straightforward with some gorilla white foam glue and hot melt glue. I could not use the included receiver, but had something on hand. The nose could be a little more robust, but is easily repaired/stabilized with extra foam from the original cutouts. All in all, a great value! Once I got comfortable with the plane, I was able to increase the control surface travel and do basic aerobatic maneuvers such as barrel rolls, split s, immelmans, inverted flight, etc. Loops are mostly not possible with the small motor and battery/prop setup. Paired with glacier 800mah 2s 7.4v lipo battery and flies for about 10-15 minutes at WOT.
