I highly appreciate that. The shoes itself received a praise from everyone who see it. Definitely, it worth more than what I paid for, the price by Kostas is an absolute steal. Since my feet are wide, the shoes were tight on the side because of the last, but I am planning to you use it in high prestigious sitting, which doesn't require a lot of mobility. Other than that it is a masterpiece and won't be my only shoes from the Noble Shoe for sure. Thanks Kostas!

Great shoes but leather is stiff and they squeak

Bought 3 pairs of Carlos Santos monk strap shoes, all of them beautiful. However, the leather uppers audibly squeak in two of the pairs right of of the box. I have worn them around the house only, for several days each, and they still squeak from the leather rubbing against each other. I have never had this problem when buying directly from Carlos Santos. Hopefully these are not factory seconds or pairs with defects, and the squeaking disappears with a few more wears. However, compared to the ones bought directly from Carlos Santos, which required no breaking in, these are a bit of a disappointment. I would otherwise give them 5 stars (and will if the issue goes away). I had a similar issue with another pair (that had a clicking sound) from The Noble Shoe in the past.

Beautiful. Highest Quality.

I own, and love, several pairs of Berlutis and Corthays. The pair of Carlos Santos I purchased in Bordo Shadow Patina was immediately in frequent rotation. Beautiful, comfortable, and unique. Highly recommend.
