Doesn't work

I am so disappointed in this product. I have bought it for years during the winter months when I am more pale and the discoloration around my eyes is more noticeable. I have always loved the product in the past which is why I continued to buy it. However, the products I received this year no longer work. I have used the product consistently for a few weeks and I have seen no improvement in the discoloration like I used to. I don't know if the formula changed but this purchase was a complete waste of my money.
