Healthy Hair Care

I like the wholesome ingredients and the thickness of this conditioner. Although I do usually take the lid off to squeeze some out, that's not much of a problem. I have very long hair and this keeps it full looking and manageable. Other things that help are I don't color, perm, use elastic hair bands, or blow dry my hair, and usually only need to wash my hair once a week. I have found since using my current selection of shampoo (pH neutral) and conditioner for over a year, the amount of hair I see on the shower floor has dramatically decreased.
