If thinking of buying from Casa Di Luce -- you might better change your mind

This company must be solely dependent on one-time customers. Bought two of the Prado unifit outlets for $236.29 and they arrived without the cover plates. Called to ask about this, and was told that they would cost an additional $30. That had I been familiar with the product, I would've known this. As this wasn't apparent to a first-time customer, I asked that the owner please call me back to discuss. It's almost a month and have yet to get that call. Received an email however, with screenshots of their website -- showing exceptionally poor form.
