Great product

Great machine for recovery. Everything works as it should had an issue with the plastic water control valve being broken on arrival. Emailed customer service got no answer. Would probably help if it wasn't sent attched to the side of the machine and placed separate in the box. I replaced the valve myself and everything is fine now. Be sure you clean it out good to prevent aluminum shavings from getting into your concentrates. Other than lack of support for the product its definitely a useful piece of equipment if you are dealing with black sand and fine gold. This is a great company with great products at great prices but could use some better customer service approaches.

As always, I am skeptical, but after operating, the table, microscopic particles of gold magically appeared. adjusting the water rate to the amount of material rate is crucial you have to work with it to get the correct flow rate if you think you lost some gold rework, you’re tailings!! Would definitely recommend this to other people. I just wish it was a little bit bigger. So I can run more material. Overall, a fine product.

Not very happy with my Black Magic Pro hard to set up and get everything right with the right water pressure then when I did get it sent up and running good I just watched gold being washed right down the sluice. Should have shopped around before I wasted 250 dollars....
