I love the controller it self. The buying experience on the other hand was really bad to where I will not shop from you guys again. There was no communication from you except when I asked for an update and that still took forever. Ordered in May, got in in August. I got supply chain stuff, but you have to tell the customers whats going on. I couldnt get an update that there was a supply chain issue till Late July.. When ordering your website indicated that this controller was ready to ship, that wasnt the case I found out later. We went with a premade design because of that. Overall controller 5 stars...... Cinch customer service absolutly terrible....
