Better pork

This is not the first time we’ve ordered from this vendor. We have been pleased with everything we order, so we come back and buy from them again. Definitely, has a distinctive taste that is a stronger flavor from grocery store pork. We are excited to try the ribs because we have nailed down “smoking” meats on our “green-egg-style” grill.

Pork flavor lost in this blend

I wish this were a lot more pork forward because I could not really taste the pork in it. That being said, it still made for a tasty burger.

Nothing special about this ground pork/beef

There was nothing special about this ground pork/beef. It was extremely fatty and the taste was not anything to write home about. I have much higher hopes for the 4 rib rack, tenderloin, secreto, and baby back ribs. I look forward to reviewing them.
