Ultra versatile I use it to create a spicy cabbage dish, which is both delicious and healthy. Simply brown some of the mix, add onions, garlic, bell peppers, and your favorite spices, and slow cook some white cabbage and you will be in heaven.

This ground meat combination was the best meatloaf I’ve ever made. Even a friend who doesn’t like meatloaf loved it. I’m going to use it for my Italian meatballs next time. Can’t wait!

Very tasty blend, we made meatballs. A little pricey $14 for 10 ounces, but it was very good. We bought a few packages so will try new recipes with the others.
