HIBISCUS HEAT 5-IN-1 RAPID GROWTH NAIL TREATMENT

Defective brush applicators. They’re made too long for the bottle, so the bristles have a permant J shape, which make it impossible to apply the polish neatly. I’ve contacted customer service several times (which is only via email) and they are NOT comprehending the issue, which makes me think it’s an AI bot. I’ve even sent pictures, no resolution. And for $22/bottles this is COMPLETELY unacceptable.

The color is beautiful but the brush is too long for the bottle so it is damaged. It's impossible to apply the product and get good coverage with the brush in such bad shape. Also, considering this is supposed to have a top coat in the 5-in-1 formulation, it dried quite dull looking.

The polish is a beautfiul color. Unfortunately the brush is in horrible condition and essentially unusable. I ordered another polish which arrived inthe same condition. Sad….
