Placed order on October 22nd, it has been over a month now and I still haven't received it yet. I understand that Canada to US is international shipping so 2-3 weeks is expected. But over a month? With the shipping charge I'm forced to pay this is very disappointing. Canadapost tracking can't even give me an ETA, just says "stay tuned for updates" when it's been over a week after the original stated delivery date. Sakana, I want to support your sad girl company, I really do. I think the talents are great. But if *this* is the best quality you're willing to provide then I'm not buying merch again. Honestly, based on my experience so far, I'm kinda worried that when (if) I finally get my order it'll be a torn open box with damaged goods like with what happened to Tenma. I really hope not but you're not giving me much to hope on. If this is due to circumstances out of Phase's control I'm happy to change this review.... I just don't think that's the case right now.
