Cute but stiff

This hat is as cute as they come, but I’ve never worn such a stiff hat. It doesn’t hug around my head like the hats I typically wear and something in the back pushes on my head. I’ve ended up with a headache each time I’ve worn it. I’m hoping maybe it will soften up over time.

Size

When tightened to my head size, the shape of the hat is completely distorted.
