Delighted!
I recently had a problem with a Galileo Thermometer received as a present. Aiden dealt with it promptly and exchanged it without quibble. In fact, the one I had was out of stock but he sent me an alternative which I am deligjhted with. How lovely to deal with a decent company who actually listens to their customers!
