Great Taste!
I brined these a short while with coarse salt and have grilled and cooked it in a skillet. Salt and pepper is all you need. Great for fajitas or just plain!

No regrets
Grilled it inside with simple s and p. Let it rest before slicing. The best we've ever had and immediately ordered another!! Tender and lean with excellent beef flavor!
