Package never received due to delivery issues

Package was lost twice in the delivery process. Support was really understanding about the error and was willing to ship a 2nd order free of charge, but the 2nd order, although the tracker stated it reached my mailbox address, I never saw the package in my mailbox or in my front porch. These issues were delivery problems and had nothing to do with the quality of the actual bracelet or the great support about the whole situation, however I never received the order, which was objectively a waste in money :(

love it clasp works great love the fact i get a extra clasp to add length. colours are gorgeous had them for 3 weeks and still look amazing. got the purple,silver and green to match a ring i got at a different store and love it as a set, the blue is a gorgeous deep blue
