Lacking battery capacity

After having used the battery about 10 cycles, the battery voltage collapses completely at 1700 mAh. This implies that the battery does not have 2200 mAh capacity, but only 1700 mAh max. The battery always has been used well within spec, so this icomes completely unexpected. It also implies that i can't use the battery in my high-performance gliders.
