Good but not “wide” enough

Great shoe. Good quality. My only problem: I request the extra wide… and I got a “extra wide” but the size is more like a “normal” size. Next time I will ask for a 4 extra wide… Note: I have bough a lot of wide shoes and this is not “wide”
