It was easy to book my recertification, and update my supplies from your office in Bells Corners. Paulina was helpful in every way possible for booking, getting more supplies and preparing me for the course. Alain was a great instructor- he explained well, coached us through the hands-on exercises and ensured we had digested and understood the material well. I left the course really glad I had recertified- a little sore afterwards(it was hard work) but felt better prepared.
