Helps me relax before bed.
I work the midnight shift and Lavender Dreams is what I drink everyday before I head to bed for the day. It has helped me get a much more restful sleep which can be difficult at times since I sleep when the sun is out. The taste is fantastic and it doesn't need any sweetener. This tea blend is one of my favorites.
