Acer palmatum 'Yubae' Red Japanese Maple

Outstanding

Received my Yubae snug as a bug in a rug. It was so well packaged that not one bit of dirt was in the box. It took almost 5 minutes to cut away all of the tape and wrapping paper away from the tree. The tree is dormant but I can't wait to see it when it leafs out. Maple Ridge shipped right away and received it in record time.

OUTSTANDING

'Yubae' is a beautiful maple with medium-sized red leaves, turning a deep burgundy to a rich crimson as Autumn sets in. The leaves are thick and are leather-like to the touch. It is a variety I already have but this one will be planted at a park named "Under the K" in Greenpoint Brooklyn NY. I am the director of Horticulture at this park and I grew up 7 blocks from this park I am designing. Thank you all for your beautiful trees.
