The printer won’t charge

I bought the printers so I could print out labels for my micro bakery. The printing part is great. But the printer will not charge. I messaged Jaden‘s customer service and they want me to send a video of the printer not turning on when it’s not hooked up to a charge cord. Which I think is ridiculous.
