Tulip Wrap Dress (Cotton)

In my top most flattering dresses I’ve ever purchased. Fits perfectly and is well made. Cotton is very soft.

I'm very disappointed with this item - will be returning. I feel like this is basically an overpriced bathing suit cover up.
