I ordered Jeni’s Ice Cream online to send to someone recovering from surgery. Unfortunately, the shipping address auto-filled with my address instead of theirs. I noticed it immediately after placing the order and sent a message asking if the address could be changed, but I never received a response, which was disappointing. Thankfully, they live nearby, so I was able to deliver it myself. Customer service could definitely be improved, especially when it comes to responding to time-sensitive requests. That said, the ice cream itself is absolutely incredible. The recipient told me it was the best ice cream they’d ever had, so I picked some up at the grocery store to try for myself—and I completely agree! The quality and flavor are outstanding. Five stars for the ice cream, but I hope the customer service experience improves.
