I ordered many shungite pieces, including bracelets and pyramids, in addition to these hearts. Most pieces were lovingly packed, with each item separated into their own bag or box. For some reason my 2 hearts were shoved into a small bag together though. The metal from one piece totally gouged another, taking a few chunks out that I found in the bag. Super disappointing since everything else was in perfect condition. I know these are fairly cheap but I would recommend they spring for a second bag!
