The HR Side Tray itself is very well made — sturdy, high-quality, and perfectly matches the main table setup. However, installing it takes more time and effort than I expected. It would’ve been nice if the product came with a small pouch or case to store the parts when not in use, since there are multiple small components that are easy to lose.
I also purchased the assembly kit, but one of the tiny screws was missing right out of the box. I searched everywhere but couldn’t find it, so I had to buy a replacement screw from Home Depot. It seems like there might have been a packaging issue during shipment.
Overall, it’s a solid and functional accessory, but a bit more attention to packaging and usability would make it perfect.
